We are looking for:

Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Shipping / Logistics


Your responsibilities:


  • You process national and international shipping orders (domestic, EU, third countries) using our shipping software
  • You create the necessary documents for shipping
  • You coordinate shipments in collaboration with transport and courier service providers and create invoices for our customers
  • You support our customers and organize pickups of ordered goods

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. freight forwarder) or a comparable education
  • You have previous experience in processing shipping orders, ideally with knowledge of export/customs processing
  • Your independent and organized way of working sets you apart
  • Your high level of teamwork and ability to make confident decisions even in hectic times round off your profile
