We are experts in providing IT personnel and commercial professionals through temporary employment and service and work contracts. Our clients include IT system houses, IT manufacturers, and IT service providers.

Our client is a well-known IT service provider in Europe with several thousand employees. Providing IT workstations for companies and public institutions is their core business.


We are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) to join our client as a Control-M Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participation in the client's IT operations
  • Taking over batch and job controls in the mainframe and enterprise environment
  • Performing IT support tasks
  • Responsible for incident, problem, and change management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d)) and two to five years of professional experience, or alternatively five to eight years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of BMC toolset (Control M (mainframe), Control M Enterprise) and (x86)
  • Proactive and problemoriented approach in case of issues
  • Structured work style (based on tickets and RFS)
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and oncall duty between 6am11pm
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
