    DiFilippo is seeking a motivated leader to join their team, bringing passion and purpose to the organization. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers and market leaders.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects, specializing in B2B interactions.
    • Oversee team activities and performance.
    • Provide guidance and training to new team members on established protocols.
    • Record daily field operations utilizing Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Emphasize daily roles of recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational and attention to detail skills.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
    • Capable of task prioritization and delegation.
    • Able to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
    • Passionate about aiding individuals and forging connections.
    • Sales or client service background.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
    • Community involvement enthusiasm.
    • CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce).
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • 45-day evaluation period before progression.
