    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our organization, which has a rich history of 120 years in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and leading a small team. As you become proficient in our systems and processes, you will transition into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Effective time management skills and meeting deadlines
    • Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for fostering relationships and assisting others
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression
