    Description

    We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team at NUCKOLLS

    Our organization, with over 120 years of experience in the industry, is seeking an individual to contribute to servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, as well as nurturing relationships to bring in new clients through referrals and leads. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks effectively. Through mastering our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

    The role offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on current systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting individuals and building connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
