    Description
    Bobit seeks someone with project management experience to join us as our Custom Content Coordinator.

    Duties will include client and writer management, coordinating and tracking materials, content reviews, and assistance in support of multi-faceted webinar campaigns.

    Headquartered in Torrance, CA, Bobit associates work remotely from home.

    Bobit is open to employing new associates in (only) the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA (except San Francisco), CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MI, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, WIResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Set up and facilitate kick-off meetings between Bobit staff and/or clients with writersProvide information and materials to writers and clientsUtilize CRM to properly maintain and document activities and infoUtilize our project management software (currently Robohead) to track the status of all activitiesAssist with RFPs (requests for proposals)Create, prepare, and update reports, presentations, and collateral materials as directed or needed Serve as a liaison to clients, writers, and other departmentsProvide support as needed or directed to custom team for any/all facets of projectsFollow internal company policies and proceduresAny/all other/additional duties/responsibilities as assigned/requiredRequirements:
    Bachelor's degree preferred (business or marketing) – or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of recent applicable experience supporting a complex creative/marketing team via robust/heavy project managementCreative, PR, or advertising agency experience is a plusProvide evidence of having effectively managed multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal/telephone communication skillsOrganized, self-motivated individual displaying high degree of integrity and ethical conductTrack record of problem-solving skills and excellent time management with deadlines metStrong presentation skills with the ability to compile and analyze data into comprehensive reportsProficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools (Robohead a plus), and CRMsSkilled at providing consistently excellent customer service to clientsAbility to work collaboratively with others No phone calls / No agencies, principals onlyEqual Opportunity EmployerE-Verify Employer
