    Job Description

    Job DescriptionInnoTECH Staffing is looking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer for an exciting, well funded, and fast-growing DEEP TECH start-up in the Boston, MA area. The candidate for this role should have ideally been a Technical Lead or Project Lead for a full product lifecycle (shipped a product) and have many years of industry experience.
    This is a hands-on role working onsite at the company's HQ in the North End.

    The job
    • Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop cutting-edge hardware products
    • Prototype complex electro-mechanical systems integrating computer vision, AI, optics, sensors, and motors
    • Design robust PCBs and power solutions for terminals
    • Designing and architecting optical systems
    • Utilize SBCs like Nvidia Jetson for GPU-based tasks
    • Implement low-latency camera systems
    • Write firmware for system on modules

    Your background
    • Ability to quickly prototype in-house
    • Skilled in debugging electrical problems
    • Proficiency in Python, C, and object-oriented system architectures
    • Proficient in rapidly transitioning concepts to production
    • Flexible team player with a collaborative spirit
    • BS degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering along with a min of 3-5+ years of relevant experience
    • Experience leading a team and taking a product to launch
    • Prior start-up experience a huge plus
