- Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support to end users
- Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop and mobile computing environment
- Respond to technical assistance requests via calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Offer in-person support to executives and handle Jira tickets
- Participate in Desktop level 2 tasks
- 5+ years of IT support experience with customer/client interaction
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in PC troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Remote Desktop Support
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide white-glove support
- Hourly rate during the contract period
