- Leading the intellectual property department and managing IP portfolios.
- Advising clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Handling IP litigation and enforcement matters.
- Negotiating IP agreements, licensing, and technology transfers.
- Business development and expanding client relationships.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior IP attorneys.
- Contributing to the development of IP strategies and solutions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in intellectual property law.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated business development acumen.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- 10+ years of relevant intellectual property experience.
- A portable book of business is required for Partner consideration
