- Manage and oversee the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications.
- Conduct intellectual property due diligence in support of mergers and acquisitions.
- Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements, including licensing and technology transfer agreements.
- Advise clients on freedom to operate, patent clearance, and infringement issues.
- Participate in the development and execution of global patent prosecution and portfolio management strategies.

- 8-14 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney.
- Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Proficient writing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
