    Job Description:
    we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will undertake a variety of tasks such as managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing meetings and appointments, and maintaining files and records. Your stellar multitasking skills will enable you to prioritize work and meet deadlines, while your strong communication skills will allow you to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and contact lists
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Assist with the preparation of presentations, including formatting and proofreading documents


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
