- Mon/Tues/Fri - WFH | Wed/Thurs - IN OFFICE
- Role may transition to fully onsite if converted to full-time
- Provide administrative assistance to the Inbound Transportation group including managing scheduled pickups, re-routing hauls, resolving issues, data analysis, and interacting with several vendors. (Hauls = 18 wheelers with freight)
- Will be assigned to approximately 50 vendors and use Excel to track vendor activity.
- Reach out to vendors to learn issues and resolve.
- Analyze vendor and shipment data in Excel.
- Problem-solving with shipment (i.e. why shipment wasn't picked up).
- Direct impact of up to 1000 shipments/week
- 4+ years of related industry work experience
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Able to analyze and interpret data
- Problem-solving attitude
- Able to work with multiple systems and screens (multiple tabs + systems at once)
- Associate degree required

Job Title: Transportation Analyst - Administrative Support
Pay: $22.00-$23.63/hour (based upon experience)
