As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), working directly with patients to achieve their goals.

You will be part of a supportive team, focused on providing the best possible care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:_

• Provide direct therapy to children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Accurately collect data and maintain timely documentation on each child's progress.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with patients, families, and team members.

Qualifications:_

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong commitment to providing highquality care and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a teamoriented setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
