DEPS
Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) assess and create treatment plan that use the core principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and encompass the family's values.

The BCBA is responsible for ongoing monitoring of progress. Our BCBAs are also responsible for the support and growth of our RBTS.

The BCBA reports to the Clinical Director for site specific clinical matters and the Executive Director of ABA Services for general employment.

Essential Functions:


  • Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
  • Monitor child's progress on treatment goals and make data based decisions
  • Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
  • Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
  • Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
  • Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
  • Cover direct sessions if needed
  • Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements:


  • Masters Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners, or eligible
  • Pass required background checks
  • Possess a fingerprint clearance card
  • Playful and creative
  • Experience with the pediatric population
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Can work effectively in fast paced environments

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time?and get up and down off of the floor quickly
  • Ability to climb, jump, run?
  • Must have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety
  • Exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an ipad and computer keyboard

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Mondays-Fridays 7:
45 AM - 5:
15 PM
