    Description

    The Family Office Director Role at ABC Wealth Management:

    • Works closely with the Family Strategist to create annual client relationship plans and ensures their successful execution
    • Manages service strategy and overall client experience for ultra high net worth families
    • Implements the Family Wealth onboarding plan
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for all service-related activities
    • Coordinates team activities including Investment Consultant, Portfolio Manager, Fiduciary Director, Wealth Consultant, Regional Planning Strategist, and Relationship Manager
    • Engages the family's external advisors
    • Conducts client discovery conversations and establishes goals in collaboration with the Family Strategist
    • Develops ongoing Wealth Issues Reviews and Wealth Roadmap for clients
    • Collaborates with Wealth Consultant and Regional Planning Strategist in creating client financial plans
    • Facilitates Family Wealth Legacy Day events and prepares custom strategies for the next generation
    • Participates in and helps structure clients' annual family meetings
    • Maintains and strengthens client relationships with personalized attention
    • Demonstrates expertise in the Family Wealth value proposition and family office capabilities

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Ensures exceptional client servicing and retention while working closely with the advisory team to deliver top-notch Family Wealth services
    • Leads and coordinates the advisory team in providing Family Wealth services
    • Focuses on retaining and enhancing client relationships, including with the next generation
    • Develops and maintains proactive communication plans for each family
    • Delivers outstanding service through annual relationship reviews and client data updates
    • Manages business books in Salesforce and implements client strategies diligently
    • Engages in a structured client review process using designated tracking tools
    • Executes client strategic plans effectively

    Advisory Responsibilities:

    • Gains in-depth knowledge of Family Wealth clients' financial and family situations
    • Understands clients' needs through analysis of personal and business financial data
    • Collaborates with the Family Wealth Consultant and Regional Planning Strategist to develop comprehensive tax, estate, and planning strategies
    • Prepares and delivers client presentations, offering appropriate solutions
    • Builds trust and confidence with clients to become their trusted advisor

    Sales Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with the Family Strategist to identify opportunities for deepening relationships
    • Seeks revenue growth through new services and products
    • Reviews client needs and addresses fee changes for improved profitability

    Compensation and Benefits:

    This position offers a base salary ranging from $160,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually based on location and experience level. It also includes short-term and deferred incentive compensation tied to individual and company performance.
