    Youth Villages is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting troubled youth and families in achieving success. With a team of 3,000 individuals spread across 14 states, we are committed to transforming child welfare and juvenile justice nationwide. Our focus is on delivering counseling and treatment services to youth facing severe emotional and behavioral challenges.

    How will you contribute?

    • Offering in-home counseling for at-risk youth, families, or young adults
    • Managing a manageable caseload to deliver quality counseling
    • Providing after-hours support to clients as part of on-call rotation
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders for the well-being of youth
    • Implementing a strengths-based treatment approach
    • Engaging in regular meetings for support and professional growth

    Additional Information

    Schedule is flexible to accommodate the needs of clients. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is available for Community Based staff.

    Salary

    $58,000/year based on education and clinical license



    Qualifications



    Requirements

    Master's degree in a social services field is a must.

    Qualifying degrees may include social work, psychology, guidance counseling, etc.

    Prior experience with at-risk youth or families is preferred

    Comfortable with a non-traditional work schedule
    Strong writing skills and familiarity with electronic documentation

    Good driving record with minimal violations
