    Locations Available in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Morristown, and Johnson City

    Youth Villages is a leading provider of behavioral health services for children, families, and young adults across 26 states and the District of Columbia. Established in 1986, we have expanded from two residential campuses to a national organization offering a range of care services, with a focus on intensive in-home treatment.

    Our team of approximately 4,000 professionals aims to revolutionize child welfare and juvenile justice nationwide. We specialize in delivering counseling and treatment to youth facing severe emotional and behavioral challenges, with an impressive success rate of 88% post-treatment.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Offering crucial support services to at-risk youth, families, and young adults
    • Managing a caseload for quality counseling sessions, with flexibility based on needs
    • Providing after-hours assistance through an on-call rotation
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the well-being and success of youth
    • Utilizing counseling skills and a strengths-based approach in treatment
    • Participating in regular meetings for professional development and support

    Additional Information

    Flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of youth and families served.

    Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance required for work purposes.

    Community-based staff eligible for mileage reimbursement.

    Salary

    $58,000 per year, based on education and clinical credentials.



    Qualifications



    Requirements

    Master's degree in a mental health field

    Must hold clinical licensure in Tennessee (LPC, P-LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW) or be near completion

    Prior experience with at-risk youth and families preferred

    Capacity for a non-traditional schedule, strong writing skills, and electronic documentation experience

    Satisfactory driving record and fewer than three moving violations within the last 36 months
