- Ensure monthly revenue, expense, operations, and marketing targets are met. Collaborate with the Operations Manager weekly to align on goals and action plans. Oversee all Center activities and maintain high standards.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with staff to review goals and action plans. Provide continuous feedback to enhance performance. Manage Center finances including cash flow, payments, and expenses.
- Monitor and adjust student instructional programs. Review each student's progress monthly. Develop marketing strategies for Learning Center and Exam Prep services.
- Engage in professional contacts and school visits, workshops, and community outreach activities. Maintain thorough records of interactions and events.
- Supervise, train, and assess full-time staff. Participate in teacher meetings. Ensure a positive work environment and minimize staff turnover.
