- Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of all UPK assigned staff.
- Provide daily support, observations, and monitoring of classrooms associated with UPK collaboration.
- Assist Center Manager with staff and building oversight in compliance with all agency and personnel policies/procedures and OCFS regulations
- Assist Center Manager to ensure the collection, review, accuracy, and submission of all required paperwork
- Assist Center Manager in coordinating substitutes, volunteers, student teachers, interns, and service providers following agency and department policies and procedures
- Minimum of 1-3 years prior teaching experience.
- Bachelor's in early childhood or related field required, as well as knowledge of OCFS Licensing regulations.
- Experience in a leadership role with management-level responsibilities and prior experience in a Head Start Program.
- NYS Early Childhood Teaching Certificate REQUIRED
