Do you enjoy taking on leadership tasks and managing teams, but don't want to completely leave the sales or gastronomy everyday life?

Then we are looking for YOU Become a manager (m/f/d) in sales in Bremen.

This is what your daily work looks like:
You start in our sales team as a versatile sales talent.

You will be assigned 3 to 4 stores and after a one-year training period, you will be promoted to a manager (m/f/d) in sales.

Your previous field of activity will then be expanded to include managerial and organizational tasks.

These are your tasks:

Ensuring smooth operations in daily business according to Müller & Egerer process standards
Actively participating in operational sales by filling in for absences and staffing needs
Managing store managers and motivating store teams
Regular exchange with your superiors
Conducting job interviews for the stores assigned to you
Significant contribution to establishing our culture of welcome
