SUNCATCHER is an investor and developer in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar energy. We acquire, develop, and operate solar installations on rooftops and open spaces. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our sales team (rooftop PV) at Suncatcher Group's office in the heart of Berlin.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the future sales team of 4 sales engineers (rooftop PV), including budget planning and responsibility
  • High sales responsibility with a focus on growth
  • Sales implementation and further development of energy generation and climate neutrality solutions for industrial customers
  • Management of sales engineers (m/f/d), daily operations, and expansion of the sales team
  • Supporting selected top customers
  • Further development of sales systematics in terms of efficiency, selection, and focus
  • Close collaboration with the sales team and management
  • Development of the sales team and sales coaching

Your profile should include:

  • Completed degree in energy engineering, environmental engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar degree with a focus on energy (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Several years of experience in sales
