What can you expect with Taylor, AZ?

You will independently manage the planning, efficiency of implementation, and control of online marketing campaigns on relevant channels (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, Affiliate, SEA) and analyze the resulting performance.
You will be responsible for optimizing and detailed evaluation of our landing pages using A/B testing.
You understand our target audience, stay uptodate on market developments, and analyze trends to best meet the needs of our customers.
You will ensure that the growth goals of different clients are achieved within the set KPI targets for your campaigns by creating reports and analyzing key metrics, and deriving suitable measures to optimize our campaigns.
You will develop reporting and tracking for acquisition channels and actively contribute to making our success measurable.
In addition to acquiring B2B clients, you will also be responsible for generating new registered users through suitable social networks (B2C).

Requirements
What should you bring?

You have a degree or professional training in online marketing or a comparable qualification.
You have practical experience in performance marketing on agency or company side.
You are characterized by an analytical and structured way of working, quick comprehension, and have an interest in familiarizing yourself with various areas of online marketing and further developing your expertise with us.
You have a positive attitude and a solutionoriented mindset.
You have good knowledge of common office programs, especially Excel, as well as fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
