    About the Job:

    • Position: Regional Manager West

    About the Company:

    As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the San Diego area, including Mira Mesa and Rancho Bernardo.

    You will lead a team of highly skilled Sales Executives, develop sales strategies, interact with potential clients, identify valid leads, and coordinate with the sales management team.

    Your role will involve collaborating with the Business Line Director to boost sales in various service areas such as ITE, consumer goods, machinery, lighting, and laboratory.

    Essential Functions:

    • Operational management of the Western USA region and lab operations, ensuring compliance with TV SD Policies and ISO17025 Guidelines.
    • Setting operational KPIs to track region performance, supervising staff, identifying training needs, conducting performance reviews, etc.
    • Managing the sales team to achieve targets and projections.
    • Creating detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas.
    • Complete Regional P&L Management.
    • Developing an annual budget, monitoring spending, and making adjustments as needed.
    • Collaborating with other Regional Managers to ensure sites are equipped to meet growth plans.
    • Streamlining processes and workflow.
    • Supporting customer meetings, inquiries, and testing to drive business development.
    • Overseeing technical leads to ensure project performance meets financial goals.
    • Supporting hiring, training, and development of technicians and engineers.
    • Developing lab and equipment strategies for efficient operations.
    • Creating future strategic plans.
    • Providing professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
    • Negotiating agreements with clients.
    • Ensuring site operations comply with environment, health, and safety requirements.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Strong technical/engineering knowledge related to modern technology/TIC business.
    • Experience in managing lab operations to drive revenue and meet customer needs.
    • Leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong multitasking and deadline management capabilities.
    • Aptitude for fast-paced environments and working well under pressure.
    • Effective and professional communication with customers.
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Positive and motivated self-starter.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in product safety compliance services.
    • 5+ years of leadership experience.
    • 5+ years of operational experience in a lab environment with financial responsibilities.
    • Market research, sales, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Enthusiastic and passionate.
