    Title:
    Project Director, Technology KBR Sustainable Technology

    Solutions (STS) provides holistic

    and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical

    domain expertise,

    energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions

    to optimize planned

    and operating assets.
    KBR is looking for a

    Project Director

    to work in its proprietary technology group to oversee projects from proposal through execution.

    This job role is independently accountable for group project oversight with regards to reporting and adherence to processes and procedures.


    Responsibilities include:
    Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    Ensuring proposal teams have completed necessary activities prior to OPS review meeting.
    Managing monthly project status reviews.
    Managing project risk reviews.
    Managing technology development project reviews.
    Performing and managing project audits.
    Developing and enforcing execution processes and procedures.
    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    Minimum of 15 years of industry experience in related industries with an average of 20+ years which includes several years of proposal, cost, and oversight roles.

    Skills typically required through the completion of an undergraduate degree and work in a Technology Licensor or Engineering Contractor organization.
