About the Position:


As the Technology Integration Program Director, you will provide oversight for technology integration projects under the Harris Health $2.9-billion Strategic Capital Plan.

This includes managing internal and external resources to ensure alignment of system IT requirements.

As the primary liaison between Facilities PMO and IT, you will need to ensure that system technology goals are met while technology and IT components of projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The Program Director, Technology Integration will work closely with IT teams, business units, vendors, and internal and external partners to ensure coordination and integration of all technology associated with the projects.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • 10 years within IT and/or Hospital Health Care Organization
  • Experience with business process analysis
  • 5 years of experience with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
  • 5 years of experience with divisional planning and analysis
  • 7 years of management experience
