    Summary Statement:

    We are looking for a self-motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all new team members. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in Human Resources, possess a high level of integrity, and can establish and maintain effective relationships and gain the confidence of our leaders.

    Job Duties:

    Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

    • Conduct New Hire Processing for all new hires, maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies, and company guidelines.
    • Assist with collecting and maintaining all position required licenses.
    • Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
    • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
    • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Competencies: Includes but is not limited to:

    • Advance knowledge with I9 processing, gaming licensing and regulations.
    • Working knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, guidelines.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
    • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

    Preferred:

    • Bi-lingual with Spanish as a primary or secondary language.
    • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • One or more years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
    • At least 21 years of age.
    • High School Diploma.

    Preferred:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field.

    Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

    • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
    • Nevada Gaming Registration.
