    Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Executive

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Location: United States, Remote, M-F

    Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in the United States

    Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 Annually (up to $150,000 OTE) + Benefits

    Job Summary

    The client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to oversee their most important client relationships. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for client queries, manage client accounts, and ensure the delivery of comprehensive digital marketing solutions. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining high client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with the teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

    Essential Functions

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and align their digital marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to deliver seamless service to clients.
    • Manage and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients in a timely and effective manner.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling the agency's services.
    • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure the timely renewal of contracts and agreements, negotiating terms that benefit both the agency and the clients.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in client services, account management, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and omni-channel approaches.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
