In this role, you will work together with the technical team as a competent technical contact for suppliers, as well as for the client's employees and colleagues within the company.

Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

Analyzing purchasing data and coordinating with the client for the tender process
Creating tender files with the necessary criteria for inquiries
Processing technically demanding tenders
Tracking and evaluating offers
Coordinating with the customer and supplier on productionrelated issues and supporting suppliers with productionrelated topics
Ensuring quality requirements are met
Clarifying technical specifications with the department
Managing and implementing technical change notifications with the supplier
Classifying part families (product families) based on drawings and bills of materials
Researching, identifying, and qualifying new suppliers according to customer requirements and/or drawings
Active communication with international suppliers
Contributing to the development of our sourcing processes and updating and expanding our supplier database
Evaluating/recruiting/integrating potential suppliers
Monitoring and analyzing
