About us:

Petri & Eichen is an innovative and well-connected organization in the field of youth welfare in Bremen, with over 500 employees.

Our diakonische children and youth welfare facilities offer services in the areas of child and youth care (residential, semi-residential, and outpatient), youth development, and child day care.

We are currently seeking a full-time Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational management of the HR department staff
Process development in the HR field
Implementation and further development of software (payroll, digital personnel files, time tracking, scheduling, application management)
Supportive advice on labor, collective bargaining, and employee representation law for managers and employees
Coordination of the HR working group and HR strategy
Constructive collaboration with the employee representation
HR controlling
Payroll and personnel administration for a designated group of employees
Development and implementation of a personnel recruiting strategy

We expect from you:

Completed university degree with a focus on human resource management or professional training with comparable further education
Indepth knowledge in the field of human resources, leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software
Interest in working for a nonprofit organization
