On their behalf, we are currently looking for you as an HR Specialist (m/f/d) for the greater Bad Homburg area.

Your responsibilities:
Timely and independent execution of payroll accounting
Point of contact for employees regarding tax, social security, and payrollrelated matters
Management of personnel files and responsible for maintaining and checking personnel master and movement data
Reporting and certification management
Cooperation with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and authorities
Participation in yearend closing activities and HR projects
Support during audits
Your profile:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a certified IHK payroll accountant or personnel specialist, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in an industrial company, with knowledge of SAP and experience in personnel administration
Indepth knowledge of wage tax, social security, and labor law
Proficient in payroll software (SAP HR) and MS Office
