Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager II to join our team in Belcamp

, MD .The Technical Project Manager II is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and performance of complex contracts to develop, deliver, and sustain customer systems and software applications. The Technical Project Manager II provides recommendations, briefings, and other formal and informal feedback and status to management on all aspects. The Technical Project Manager II plans, organizes, and coordinates activities with Functional Specialists, including contracting, engineering, program control, configuration and data management, test, and logistics operations support. The Technical Project Manager II works closely and substantially with program Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTR) and technical stakeholders to provide leadership and ensure TDP project objectives are achieved within stringent cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements. The Technical Project Manager II develops, executes, and monitors risk management strategies to address areas of concerns or potential gaps. The Technical Project Manager II applies systems engineering principles, techniques, services, and practices at the appropriate level of the architecture to ensure a disciplined approach to meeting the U.S. Army's needs and systems. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business field.
2 years of relevant position experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Agile software development processes.
Experience with Microsoft Project.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other equivalent project management applications/tools.
Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in STEM, Business field, or M.B.A.

Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Professional (PgMP), or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

Security RequirementsTS/SCIPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
