We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for technical order processing for a project at our client's location in Parkville, MO.


Your future responsibilities:


  • Processing and managing orders and projects from order entry to delivery
  • Reviewing costs from offers and defining target costs for individual work packages (e.g. freight, packaging, external services)
  • Reviewing and clarifying customer specifications
  • Analyzing changes in contract terms, timelines, and technical feasibility and estimating costs and time required
  • Creating orderrelated documents such as order confirmations, drawings, descriptions, reports, and protocols
  • Conducting standard booking processes according to organizational procedures
  • Organizing customer visits for factory acceptance tests
  • Presenting products and the location, addressing questions about the product

Your profile:


  • Completed degree or relevant training/education as a technician (m/f/d)
  • Experience in the requested field of work
  • Experience in project management/order processing of electrical systems preferred
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, self
