The Archdiocese of Bamberg, with its over 1000-year history, currently consists of 339 parishes organized into 35 pastoral areas. It has 600,000 Catholics and around 8,000 employees.

It covers large parts of Upper and Middle Franconia, as well as parts of Lower Franconia and the Upper Palatinate.

The Archdiocesan Ordinariate in Bamberg is the administrative center of the archdiocese, with eight main departments and twelve staff positions.

The Archdiocese of Bamberg is currently seeking a

Project Manager - Digital Document Management (m/f/d)

based in Bamberg, full-time (currently 39 hours/week).

The Archdiocese of Bamberg is implementing a digital document management system, including digital process management, at the Archdiocesan Ordinariate in Bamberg.

The project is expected to last several years and will be externally supported and supervised.

Your main tasks:

Representation of the client in internal and external relations
Responsibility for the conception, overall coordination, resource planning, and acceptance of the technical and organizational implementation
Monitoring project progress and ensuring project deadlines are met
Cost and risk management
Overall acceptance of the project
Reporting
Acceptance management
