You will:
professionally manage various growth and transformation projects in collaboration with the management and ensure their sustainable implementation
define milestones and update them in collaboration with the teams as needed
define KPIs, track results, and establish escalation mechanisms
proactively anticipate risks and initiate countermeasures
provide continuous feedback on process improvements, insights gained, program enhancements, and recommendations for strategic alignment
exchange ideas and share best practices across countries
