    Job Title: Service Specialist at Epiq

    Are you looking for a vibrant workplace where your colleagues are truly passionate about their work? At Epiq, we are a team dedicated to providing top-notch administrative support to our clients. Join us as a Service Specialist and be part of a dynamic team that handles various tasks ranging from mail services to facilities upkeep.

    • Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
    • Copy Services: producing copy, print, and scan projects
    • Reception: answering calls and greeting visitors professionally
    • Hospitality Services: maintaining conference rooms and common areas
    • Floor Coordination: stocking supplies and general maintenance
    • Facilities Services: small office moves, cleaning, and communication with clients

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Must have own transportation
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer services
    • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
    • Professional issue resolution and communication skills
    • Capability to lift and move heavy packages
    • Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm
