- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Project Manager, Technical and Business teams, and Team Leads.
- Gather information from SMEs/team and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Create, coordinate, and maintain project technical documentation/artifacts including: Systems Design Documents, Architecture Diagrams, Data flow diagrams, user guides, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and project managers,
- Work with program/project managers and leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that meet required standards and allow for easy data migration.
- Develop content in alternative mediums to maximize stakeholder use
- Stay up-to-date with Azure technologies and industry trends, including new features and best practices for Azure architecture.

- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in technical writing.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision and oversight.
- Technical writing experience with Microsoft Azure
