    Harris Golf Cars is hiring a
    Service Manager to join its team in Dubuque, IA.


    The
    Service Manager will be responsible for customer contact, external and internal communication, and managing the workflow in the service and retail area.

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Act as the main contact with all service customers and ensure that all service work is entered, scheduled, and accurately completed in the quickest possible timeframe
    • Lead and manage the service department by overseeing the staffing, training and performance
    • Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues
    • Perform administrative tasks, including managing and updating invoices, and processing new orders
    • Organize and coordinate daily/weekly service route service route schedule to meet customer needs in balance with service efficiency

    Requirements:


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in service management or related role, with knowledge of service management principles, processes and best practices
    • Demonstrated success in customer service
    • Driver's license
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 85lbs
