What our Bilingual Member Services Coordinators do and why it's important


Cottingham and Butler's Health and Wellness division is growing and we are adding a Bilingual Member Services Coordinator to our team Our Health and Wellness division partners with organizations to improve the health of their employees.

As a Bilingual Member Services Coordinator, you will play an integral role in providing customer service to our Health & Wellness customers, brokers and staff.


In practice, the core activities of the job include:

  • Answering all questions related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs
  • Assisting with tasks that may include invoicing, Physician Forms, Lifestyle Rewards audits, Condition Management programs, printing, and other special projects.
  • Providing feedback and presenting solutions to improve participant engagement and team efficiencies

Strength and skills necessary for success in the role


For this role, we are looking for several key characteristics that will be necessary to succeed in the position: detail oriented, highly organized, team oriented, even keeled, and fluent in Spanish.


We understand that not everyone has a background in this field, which is why we are willing to train you on the technical details.

It's more important to us that you have the right interpersonal skills to fit the role.

While we don't expect you to be perfect in every part of the job right away, the traits mentioned above are essential for success in the position.
