Carpetland USA is seeking Design Consultants/Sales Members to join their growing team A successful Consultant will have excellent customer services skills, have the ability to effectively communicate and show strong salesmanship and relationship building skills.

Previous experience in flooring is a plus.
There is no limit to your income potential in this role

Duties of the Design Consultant:

Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner when they enter the store
Assist customers with product selection, utilizing skills in home décor and design
Schedule measurements and installation and troubleshoot issues if they arise between the customer and installer
Assist in the collection of accounts receivables and management of account balances
All other job duties as assigned by upper management

Skills and Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent
Previous
commissioned sales experience is a plus
Creative problem solving and strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Valid Drivers License

Physical Environment:

Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
Standing and walking often
Occasional bending and stooping
