As Players Club Supervisor, you'll:

Identify, recruit, greet, and service patrons.
Safeguard assets of MotorCity Casino Hotel and supervise staff including scheduling, monitoring breaks, and ensuring departmental policies and procedures are being adhered to.
Provide training on player tracking system and departmental policies to Players Club Clerks.
Make responsible decisions pertaining to comping decisions from guest accounts.
Act as a liaison with all Casino Departments.
Establish and maintain customer base.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or alternative as deemed appropriate.
Two years management in customer service or two years in Player Development supervision.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer knowledge with experience in Word and Excel.
Database experience helpful.
Cash handling experience is mandatory.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends.
