- Address employee inquiries and collect/analyze data to identify issues with computer systems, mobile devices, printers/copiers, and videoconferencing tools, escalating problems to higher-tier support when necessary.
- Set up new software/hardware drivers and upgrade existing ones as required.
- Record all service requests and updates accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including:
- Computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Troubleshooting common problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Managing IT operation ticketing systems, help desk software, and remote support tools/technologies.
- Offering remote assistance to users situated offsite or in diverse locations.
- Capable of attaining a Public Trust clearance.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your role will involve providing on-site support at their D.C. office and remote assistance for their other 18 nationwide offices.
