    Job Details:
    Human Resources Coordinator
    • Boston $55 60k*A hybrid work schedule is available with this opportunity*We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our clients team.
    In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. Your understanding of the unique needs of professional services firms will be a strong asset.


    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
    Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
    Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.


    Benefits and Compensation:
    Assist with employee benefits administration, including answering questions and resolving enrollment issues.

    Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).Process payroll changes and handle basic timekeeping inquiries (if applicable).


    Employee Relations:
    Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and resolving concerns.
    Assist in the coordination of employee performance reviews and development programs.
    Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.


    Professional Services Specific:


    Understand the specific needs and challenges of the professional services industry, such as recruiting and retaining top talent, managing project-based workloads, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

    Assist with onboarding programs tailored to professional services roles.
    Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR for professional services firms.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in human resources, with some experience in the professional services industry a plus.

    Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
    Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
    A positive attitude and a passion for building strong relationships.
