- Ensure smooth operations of packing sessions by managing the flow of people and materials, as well as monitoring meal production
- Lead a Christian prayer before distributing meals, welcoming volunteers to participate if desired, highlighting the spiritual aspect of our work
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by performing tasks such as laundry, floor cleaning, dishwashing, and restroom upkeep throughout the day
- Display high energy levels and a proactive attitude to support a dynamic team environment
