    Description



    Job Title: Signage and Branding Designer

    Candidate needed with industry experience in designing exterior and interior signage and branding projects. The main focus will be on creating brand books and drawings for client approval, interpreting brand guidelines, and incorporating branding details into multi-page layouts. Proficiency in design software, materials, specifications, and methods is a must. Ability to work independently with guidance from design leads and managers is essential. Position available for in-office, hybrid, and remote work.


    Key Points:
    • Proficient in CorelDraw Graphics Suite and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Knowledge of sign design and purposes
    • Detail-oriented and accurate
    • Understanding of brand recognition and compliance
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
    • Customer-focused with a positive attitude towards design
    • Experience with 3D and CAD software is a plus



    Responsibilities:
    • Create branding drawings based on sign families or customer requirements
    • Design high-profile sign projects
    • Develop signage based on message schedules
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate translation of information to drawings
    • Resolve design issues and forecast problems
    • Perform revisions per client or manager requests
    • Other duties as assigned


    Requirements:
    • 1-5 years of sign layout or design experience
    • Undergraduate degree preferred
    • Proficient in up-to-date design technologies
    • Experience with 3D rendering software is a bonus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Capacity to handle pressure situations
    • Strong customer service skills


    Work Environment:
    • Minimal travel, mainly phone and email interactions with customers
    • Typical office conditions with moderate noise level
    • Must be comfortable with some exposure to fabrication shop environment


    Physical Requirements:
    • Extended periods of sitting or standing
    • Occasional walking, stooping, and light lifting
    • Comfortable with exposure to fabrication shop conditions
    • Possibility of loud noise and airborne particles
