    Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

    Reports to: Senior Director, Visual & Store Design

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Level: Manager

    FLSA Classification: Exempt (Salaried)

    Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, 40 hours per week. Additional weekend/morning/evening hours for in-store events and business travel. Schedule including business travel and hours subject to change as demand changes.

    Remote Work: No – onsite 5 days per week

    Work Environment: Corporate Office & Retail

    Positions Supervised: Visual Merchandising Coordinator

    Travel Required: 30% travel required, local PHL and overnight travel to NYC, and regional and national travel on a regular basis.

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Visual Merchandising Manager oversees visual merchandising, including conceptualization, communication, logistics, and procedural aspects. Collaborating with stakeholders ensures continual enhancement of visual standards and brand representation. Responsibilities also include timely execution of merchandising initiatives, asset procurement, and staff development.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and execute visual merchandising programs, tools, and communications to enhance brand visibility
    • Establish best practices for visual presentation and ensure compliance in various store environments
    • Develop Merchandising Directives for effective presentation
    • Coordinate project plans, logistics, and implementation activities
    • Negotiate with visual teams to meet brand expectations
    • Manage visual purchasing, stock, and sales training
    • Ensure budget responsibility and cross-functional collaboration
    • Stay updated on industry innovations for design optimization

    JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • Requires 10 years of Visual Merchandising experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
    • Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and managerial skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Diverse tasks requiring sitting, standing, bending, and occasional lifting
    • Good visual acuity and manual dexterity for precise adjustments
    • Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate effectively
    • Flexibility to work in varied locations and travel frequently

    • Field Sales & Retail: Field & Retail environments with varying schedules
    • Creative Services: Work with industry-standard software in studio settings
