As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inside Operations team in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by taking an aggressive approach to ensuring jobs are reviewed in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As a Bath Review Specialist at West Shore Home , you will contribute to this mission by creating great habits of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all jobs are reviewed timely and efficiently. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager and Bath Review Team Lead, and work closely with the rest of the Bath Review team and Purchasing department.

What Youll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

Review measurements and pictures provided by Design Consultants/Sales Representatives
Determine when an on-site inspection is needed, and liaise with Scheduling Coordinators to set pre-installation appointments
Create an Operations Measure Sheet and Materials List for Purchasing to fulfill order, and for Installers to reference at installation
Showcase your expertise on all shower and bath product lines and offerings
