    Company Description

    The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages two full-service restaurant brands: 107 Taste and Cajun Boil.

    Both brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area.


    Introduction:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and oversee multiple restaurant locations.

    If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurants, we want to hear from you.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
    Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff.
    Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
    Monitor and control operational costs and expenses to maximize profitability.
    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans and objectives.

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Job Pay:
    $90k-110k/year
