    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for maintaining safety, equipment repairs, and modifying all manufacturing machines and facility equipment.
    Job FunctionsPerform emergency repairs, daily inspections, and routine adjustmentsManage preventive maintenance schedule.

    Responsible for maintenance of building equipment, which includes, but is not limited to:
    compressed air, forklifts, metal production saws, hydraulics, and building safety equipment.
    Effectively communicate with production personnel to identify problematic areas of concern.
    Maintain organized documentation, inspection records, etc.
    Actively participate in creating a safety-oriented culture.
    Perform other duties as required or assigned by the operations manager.

    Required Qualifications/SkillsMust work effectively in a team settingMust be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for 8 hours/day, and walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, crouch or crawlAbility to understand schematics, drawings, and machinery manualsSuccessfully complete a background check and drug screenEffective communication skillsOther Desired Qualifications/SkillsKnowledge in examining and testing elements of electrical systems is a plusExperience with forklift repair, metal production saws, overhead cranes/doorsProficiency with Microsoft Office We offer a full comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, vision, company paid life- insurance, short and long-term disability, paid vacation, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement among other competitive benefits.
