Maintenance Technician


Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Tranquility at Griffin apartment community located in Griffin, GA.

This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.


Requirements:

Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
