    Description


    The Puckboard team is a collaborative, cross-functional, and learning team, constantly growing and evolving to deliver code and value to customers in the DoD.

    We build modern, automated, collaborative scheduling and logging tools for the Department of Defense, including the US Air Force. These tools are actively used by over 340 organizations and over 20,000 users.

    Minimum Qualifications
    5+ years of Software, Application, or Product Development

    Strong experience working with React, Angular, View, or
    Strong experience working with Java, Spring / J2EE / Jakarta, C# or Object Oriented Programming experience
    Experience building code from scratch
    Experience leading developers
    Full Stack Development experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent work experience
    Has experience working with an enterprise product, using and or supporting, from a development standpoint
    Experience with automated unit and integration testing.

    Proven successful leadership and project management skills

    Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others

    Universal Leave:
    Accrue up to 15 days in your first year of service, increasing to 18 days between thirteen months and three years of service, 21 days between four and nine years of service, and 24 days after 10 or more years of service

    A company-provided laptop plus a $1,000 Home Office Bonus upon hire; $500 per year thereafter to purchase additional equipment to improve productivity at home.

    Paid parental leave for the care of a newborn or adopted child is compensated at 100% of the employee's regular, straight-time weekly pay.
